Issues Paper
An Issues Paper has been prepared by the Quarantine and Biosecurity Review Panel to set the scene for the Review and to highlight a number of issues that the Panel has identified for further consideration. The Paper also poses specific questions to spark discussion. However, people should not feel constrained by the questions and are welcome to draw any relevant matters to the Panel's attention in their submission.
