Issues Paper
Early in the review process the Quarantine and Biosecurity Review Panel prepared an issues paper to set the scene for the Review and to highlight a number of issues that the Panel has identified for further consideration.
The paper also posed a specific questions to generate discussion and invited any relevant matters to be brought to the panel's attention.
